Overview
The 2005 Ford Excursion continues to be the(not needed) Ford's largest sport utility vehicle. This is a logical choice vehicle for anyone who is(not needed) needs space for nine people and their luggage, and doesn't mind frequent fuel stops. Engine choices include a super-duty Power Stroke diesel V-8. There are many new modifications in the latest Excursion. Notable amongst them are jeweled headlamps, new grille and bumper, revised wheels and new Eddie Bauer two-tone seating color scheme, with Medium Pebble surrounded by Charcoal Black.
All the models of 2005 Ford excursion are capable of accommodating up to nine passengers. Inside the 2005 Excursion one can find adjustable pedals available on all models. There are also an overhead console housing auxiliary air conditioning controls, courtesy lights and bins for a garage door opener and sunglasses. A second-row overhead console incorporates auxiliary climate controls. A dual-media audio system is standard on XLS, XLT and Eddie Bauer models. A six-disc, in-dash CD player is standard on Limited. A DVD rear seat entertainment system is available on XLT, Eddie Bauer and Limited models. The system features wireless headphones.
The exterior of the 2005 Ford Excursion are highlighted with Tri-Panel™ door system that has a separate lift-glass for loading small-parcels, and lightweight twin swing-out composite doors to load larger items. The Excursion XLS model comes with body-color moldings. Chrome running boards are optional features for the 4WD XLT, Eddie Bauer and Limited models. Heated telescoping trailer tow mirrors with integrated turn signals and clearance lights are optional on all models.
